What is Fundraising Squared?

SVLL relies heavily on the support of parents and the community to help us continue to provide a high-quality experience for your child. We are a non-profit organization with a 100% volunteer-based programming.

Fundraising Squared is a completely digital fundraising platform which lets you share your players’ specific link through various social media platforms and email.

Do I have to participate?

We recognize that fundraising can be a challenging task, but it is an excellent opportunity to teach our young athletes the value of hard work and the importance of supporting their team and community. By participating in the fundraiser, your child can also earn exciting rewards and prizes that can make the experience even more enjoyable for them. 

We are asking all SVLL families to participate in the fundraiser to make it as successful as possible.  We are asking each SVLL participant to obtain a minimum of $150 in donations which is equal to filling completing one card.

What if my child’s season ends before the fundraiser is over?

The fundraiser ends on 6/8/26. All Divisions will be playing through week ending 5/30/26 with many concluding on 6/20/26. All prizes will be distributed at the conclusion of the fundraiser. Please see the flyer for additional details.

What is the purpose of this fundraiser?

This fundraiser helps cover essential league costs so we can keep participation affordable and maintain high standards for every family. Funds support equipment replacement, field rental fees, keeping registration costs low, and our long‑term goal of building a home field complex. SVLL is a 100% volunteer run organization. All donations directly benefit the league.

How does the fundraiser work?

Every family has been sent an invite link to your SVLL registered email from our fundraising partner, Fundraising Squared. Here, you can customize your players donation page. This portal provides info and ways to customize and share the fundraiser. Families can share the fundraiser link with friends, relatives, coworkers, and neighbors who want to support the league.

What is the fundraising goal for each player?

Each participant has an individual goal of $150. Reaching this amount makes the player eligible for prizes.

Do we have to participate?

Participation is strongly encouraged because it directly supports the league and helps keep costs low for all families. However, it is not mandatory.

What if our family can’t reach the $150 goal?

No problem! Every dollar still helps the league. All active participants will be entered into a game of chance and players who reach the $150 goal qualify for the many more amazing prizes listed. All contributions support the program and are appreciated.

How do players earn prizes?

Players who raise $150 or more are automatically entered into the prize pool. The top earner receives top prize. All participants will be entered into a surprise raffle.

How do we share the fundraiser?

You can share your player’s link via text, email, and social media through the Fundraising Squared portal.

Where does the money go?

Every dollar raised stays within our league and supports:

• Replacing worn or outdated equipment.
• Field rentals for practices and games.
• Keeping registration fees low.
• Saving toward a future home complex for our players. A project currently in the planning stages!

I didn’t receive an email from Fundraising Squared. What do I do?

Check your spam folder for the email and if you still do not see it, contact Samantha Roepke at [email protected] to ensure your email was input correctly.

How do I know who has made a donation?

If the donor doesn't leave a note, you won't know right away, but Fundraising Squared will send an email out every night recapping donations from the day. SVLL encourages you to check this email and send a thank you to your generous donors!

Are donations tax‑deductible?

SoundView Little League is a registered 501c(3) nonprofit organization and donations may be tax-deductible. Your contributions are greatly appreciated by your 100% volunteer run organization!
